What we do
We partner with organisations in the Riverina community to help connect and educate people about mental health issues and the support that is available.
Some of the highlights;
Provide mental health education in schools
- Workshops for building emotional muscle for boys and girls ‘Tomorrow Man’ and ‘Tomorrow Woman’
- Partnered with The Black Dog Institute to promote programs and train volunteers in mental health programs
Free community events featuring well-known mental health advocates to raise awareness about mental health, resilience and support
‘Sconversation on Rural Mental Health’ forum held in conjunction with the CWA Uranquinty Evening Branch
